and is it really anybody else's business? or anybody else's place to judge and punish?

The article makes them seem so criminal...illicit sex.
I was just reading about Saudi Arabia, too...they basically have it right when it comes to women: No driving, can't travel without permission of males, can't open bank accounts, etc...
